All of our products have an average delivery time shown on the product page and during checkout. Most leather goods typically have shipping periods ranging from 2-7 business days to the US, Canada, and the UK. The processing time for your order is 1–5 business days. It may take 1–5 business days for tracking numbers to be updated.

Can I have my name monogrammed on one of your bags?

We do not currently offer the option to personalise any of our bags with monogramming or embossing. Having said that, we suggest having your initials monogrammed on one of our bags by visiting a nearby engraver.

For the life of my leather purse, what kind of maintenance is required?

Are bespoke measurements possible for my leather bag?

If you could kindly provide us with more details about what you are seeking, we would be happy to assist you. A quotation will be sent thereafter. It will take a few weeks to make this since it is made to order. There will be no exceptions for special orders; they are non-refundable.
